Recap for a memorable first week.

no matter how independent we are,there is little part of us thats codependent to something or someone.as i squeezed every little juice left of my youth day by day,bad news seems to be driving by passing me each day.from bad to worse.bad things do happen to nice people,and its a shame because the individuals do not deserve it.not a little bit not even at all.you see why i remain a skeptic about everything.

being a personal driver to my family does have its upside.managed to buy a good book.its been a while i bought tees i actually like,so thats a plus point.started planning idea to revamp my room.vinyls,paintings,pictures etc.that will keep me occupied for a while.i hope.and the amount of music i need to listen to is a shitload,so better get started.

as i stared blankly into space,while puffing away "non macho" smokes ( will get to that later ) on this side of the region celebrating the eid,i was puzzled with a question that has plagued my very mind and i can't seem to find an answer...

well yeah its an insignificant question considering i brought this upon myself,
but as a lover of food,i have manage to screw up the one thing that bring me joy this holiday season.the dirty stares from the ketupat,the rendangs shouting "eat me already" and don't even get me started on the lemang,they we're basically taunting me,"you can't get some of this can you even if you tried (flips the finger)".indigestion?food poisoning?or maybe my stomach just got pissed off cos i tried push it to its limits.Well maybe i did,9 times to be precise.but hey,it wasn't my fault.i cant say no to food.and the open houses,golly,kudos ;) made my day.the 2 following days wasn't so great.

it was good being away for a while just get out of the hectic lifestyle of the city.
i missed the peace and quiet.
i missed the tanah merah.
i missed this 34 year old house with its wooden walls.
i missed the people.
i'm so grateful i still have this place to be called a kampung.
Hari Raya will always have a special aura here :)

anyways back to the "non machos" smokes,
mumsy was giving me a lecture about how non smoking was not macho,and how the opposite sex finds it non appealing and so on.which made me laugh for 2 secs cos why in the world would my mom think i was going for a macho look with a freaking cigarette ?i mean she should've just gone with the health route.that i might actually acknowledge and concur out of respect.Do i look like a person that wants to look macho?yeah maybe i should start going to celebrity fitness and downing protein shakes daily huh.comel la mama ni :)

fortunate and unfortunate series of events took place in the span of a few months.
relationships ended,friendships grew stronger,the world gets smaller,yet it gets lonelier everyday single day.

to be able to swallow something bitter is not the easiest of tasks,but its not about what you want but what you need.eye opening moments comes in a split second.never knowing of when it comes and hits you right in the face.but when it does,i felt so overwhelmed and thankful.no words can explain the amount of relief.but yet again that amount of relief comes with an exact of even more amount of pain.pain caused by disappointment.not everything you plan goes the way you plan.the best we could do is to adapt to different situations that comes our way.

thats the first thing i saw when i was about to make this post,
kerepek ubi atas meja makan.because thats the only thing i had for lunch,after this post i will head to spicy kitchen to get my daily dose of maggi goreng and chicken masala ( sedap siod ) .
anyways i came back for the weekend because i had like an extra 2 days of cuti this weekend.woot! monday and tuesday! but damn i havent been stuck at home for so long,usually i'll be wasting my life somewhere on the outside,bak kata mamaku menjadi kutu embun,i actually like staying at home now.do not tell me my age is taking its toll on me,thats bull,im only 22,i mean i sure dont look like it but i am.a friend told me,"dah tue dowh,settle down",i was like "hotak kau settle down aku mude lagi la babi!".its not like im planning a scheme to overthrow the government or something.we just wanna have fun don't we :) im just taking a veeeeerryyyyy long time to notice that the fun will sooner or later go away.people are stuck with day jobs working 9-5 everyday trying to make a living.wow that sure sounds "fun".talk about stuck in a rut u can't get out of.gat dem it! now im paranoid.growing sounds scary.but it sure is inevitable.take the blue pill or red pill?fuck it i'll take em both.

my room is cold as ice,and my mind is wandering bout the dreadful thought of my holiday ending.yes in 2 days i'm going to be heading back up north to my god damn university.another goddamn semester to go through,considering if i get that chance.i hope i do,cos i am that damn close to graduating this long and tiresome course,not to mention i'm going to suffer permanent head damage for it (screw you mechanical engineering).which leaves me to my next question?if i do not want to pursue engineering for my degree,what should i do then?
